And I'm back so I recently tried out the Revlon Colorstay Foundation and it has became my absolute favorite..most reviewers compare it to MAC Studio Fix Fluid. I actually believe both are great but to get colorstay @ 9.99 even better. Most people find it rather cakey but if you apply it the right way it blends well. Hello! Ashleigh here, I just got great news if all goes well I have my first quince booking..I've done sweet 16's and other birthday makeup but not a quinceanera, how fun :D

Also if your here looking at pics i posted of makeup i applied on me and thinking "must she smile in every pic" well my answer is the pics i don't smile in look very dull..& i'm not Tyra Banks I can't look fierce and smile with my eyes lol Check out the pics.

I just got a new eyebrow kit by Wet n Wild ($3.99) at any drugstore what a bargain!!so i was messing around with my brows :)

"Take Risks"

Don't be afraid to experiment with your make up. "Take risks" you have nothing to loose. I'm not saying go to work or school with an intense smokey eye. However if your going to happy hour with the girls and hitting the club afterward you could have an intense, dramatic smokey eye. For example check out figure A. If you look at the left side of the image the woman could have easily been done with her makeup & ready to hit the road. On the other-hand she also can take a risk of winging the eyeshadow beyond her eyebrow to get a cat-eyed effect. Hope you get what I'm saying..Have fun with it!

Eye Brows

The word on the street is in order to get a job at MAC, one of the requirements is you must have taken at least one makeup course. Where are you makeup courses?? I've looked online & not very many legit ones in Houston from what I saw..I will find you courses!!

Yes my friends we are talking brows.
Not defining your brows is like having a rock band with no drummer.
The drummer carries the beat & if that beat isn't rockin
the rest of the band won't sound as good.
The exact same way your makeup comes together with eyebrows that are not defined (Doesn't apply to everyone, but most of us=)

Tip of the Day: Nude lips

First Prime your lips w/ concealer (any brand),
Then add a nude shade of lipstick on top of the concealer,
Next to define your lips apply a natural shade of lip liner on the outline,
and last but not least gloss your lips so that there plump and luxurious.
